Tasting Notes
Light straw in colour with a soft green olive hue. Our Pinot Grigio typically has lovely pear characters and the 2021 vintage does not disappoint. Ripe pear aromas leap from the glass and are accompanied by zesty lemon. The palate is soft and balanced with apples, pear and an abundance of lime. The wine has great depth with a slightly creamy texture, crunchy acidity and good length. In summer pair with fish and chips and in winter try with a prawn, basil & tomato pasta.
