A name we hadn't heard from in a few years, but after a recent sample tasting, we're glad to be back in touch! Hollick is one of only two producers of Pinot in Coonawarra. This wine is delicious and intriguing - surprisingly, there aren’t more producers in the region. It offers great value for your money, with a bit more grunt than the typical Pinot.

With ripe strawberry, dark cherry, and sage aromas, a fine chalky texture and fresh acidity bringing the balance,  this Pinot is an interesting contrast to the more delicate styles you'd expect from Victoria.  Master of Wine Andrew Caillard found fortune with its ‘fine loose knit chalky textures and fresh mineral acidity", noting its ‘good flow and length’.
