Constructed from a complex blend of the alternate varieties Mataro, Cabernet Franc and Nero D?Avola . Intertwined with red and black fruits and spice, this wine has been made to retain the fresh primary fruit characters of these varieties through cool fermentation and anaerobic handling.

A South Australian wine made in dry Provence style from a delicate blend of Mataro, Cabernet Franc and Nero D?Avola ? kissed with hints of strawberry and soft whispers of rose petal.
