hand picked from our Evandale Vineyard nestled in the Southern most part of the Tamar Valley. Grapes were airbag pressed to French Barriques (31% new) for primary fermentation with only the free run juice used. Following primary fermentation wine under went 100% malolactic fermentation and was aged in barrel on lees including battonage and for 6 months. Clones: 76, 95 Mendoza
