A white from Pinot Noir and Pinot Grigio, this has attractive aromas of red and green apples and ripe pears on offer. The acidity is sleek and piercing with bright, fine and fresh, tangy resolve. Drink now. Screw cap.

How's it taste?
The precise nose has floral, alpine suggestions. Marzipan and white blossom lead the charge followed by white fruits including nectarine, beurre bosc pear and yellow strawberry. The palate is pure, zesty and restrained. It starts with orange zest and flips into alpine water and follows up with pome fruit remains punchy long after the first sip.
How was it made?
94% Pinot Grigio from Bowyer Ridge Vineyard in Lobethal, picked 12th March with 6% Pinot Nero from Kenton Creek Estate in Kenton Valley picked 18th March. The grapes were pressed and crushed separately and held as juices in tank to clarify until 1st April. Blended as juice and co-fermented for 10 days. No additions and no malolcatic conversion. The wine was chilled and held in tank, racked once.
