Winemaker Allan Johnson is producing consistently superb wines, which reflect Palliser's prime vineyard sites in Martinborough. Whilst Palliser Estate and the Martinborough region have made their name from Pinot Noir, the Sauvignon Blanc is always one of New Zealand's finest.

Palliser Estate was one of the pioneering producers in this region, replacing sheep paddocks with vines way back in 1984 when the town was a forgotten outpost. Almost forty years later Palliser are one of the sustainable heroes of the Wairarapa, crafting spectacular wines from some of New Zealand's most coveted vineyards.
They may have been put on the Martinborough map for their work with Pinot Noir, but Palliser Estate also turns out some of New Zealand’s finest Sauvignon Blanc.
This one is a glass of sunshine. Punchy and aromatic with notes of lime and mandarin with a spicy and textural finish, it ticks all the boxes for the discerning Sauvignon Blanc lover.
