Tasting Notes
Pinot Gris relishes the cold mountain climate of Tumbarumba, NSW. The small dark skinned berries produce an medium bodied white wine of texture and richness. Musk and ripe pear, honeydew melon and nectarine aromas which complement a detailed palate of pear skin texture and length with a touch of pepper and spice.
