The strong 2021 vintage shines through in this wine. Mid-crimson with lovely dark cherry, plum and raspberry fruity tones dusted with exotic spice, hints of gingerbread, cola, sarsaparilla, a touch of vanillin and orange blossom. Pure and true on the palate with a pleasing fruit weight and a sense of balance and freshness that belies the relatively elevated alcohol, finishing persistent and true to its variety and region.
