2021 In Dreams Chardonnay

APPEARANCE: Pale straw in colour. AROMA: White flowers, wet rock, lime and a dash of nutty oak on the nose. PALATE: The palate shows lemon notes and a pleasant saline character. Just enough weight to support the sizzle of the acid drive, and oak phenolics add support without overwhelming the fruit. So pure.

2021 was an excellent year in the Yarra Valley for cool climate varieties, with a long, cool growing season and healthy yields. The resulting wines are elegant, perfumed styles with good cellaring potential.
