The bouquet is bright and displays intense tropical fruit aromatics of passionfruit, pineapple lime, crystallised ginger and a hint of rose petal. The flavoured and citrusy palate displays flavours of lemon zest and candied peel, guava, pineapple and green apple which leads to a lovely finish.
How was it made?
Houghton was founded in 1836 by a syndicate of three British Army Officers and named after the most senior of the three—Lieutenant Colonel Richmond Houghton.
