2021 Amelia Park Trellis Cabernet Merlot

AROMA: A beautiful bouquet of dark berries and mocha. PALATE: A soft, fruit driven palate of red currants and plums.

Leading into the 2021 vintage saw fairly ideal growing conditions that was warm and dry, Early February and January saw cooling off and significant rain events that slowed down ripening and retained natural acidity. This resulted in added pressure in the vineyards to control potential fruit split and disease. Fortunately our vineyards were unaffected and the fruit coming in was pristine.
