The Little Yering looks to be in good form. You’d buy this for the smell of it. It’scomplex, inviting and earthen; it draws you in. This is a lovely pinot noir for drinking.Undergrowth, twigs, fresh cherries, a touch of violet, maybe even into boysenberry. Agentle meatiness too. It has a dry, tannic finish; perfect for the dinner table. It doesn’thave a lot of power but it still manages to fit a lot in. It’s been well packed. If you’relooking for something affordable this should definitely be on your list.
COLOUR Bright cherry red.NOSE Enticing aromas of bramble, red cherries and strawberry compote.PALATE Enjoy a lift of fresh red fruits and spicy notes, further complemented by hintsof blood orange zest.CELLAR Produced with youthful drinking in mind, however this wine can also becellared for 5-10 years.

Huon Hooke - The Real Review
Medium red/purple bright colour. The bouquet is foresty, earthy and dried-autumn-leafy. Sneaky plums and cherries. Trace of mint. The wine is light to medium-weightand quite intense, although the tannins are a mite on the firm side for an early-drinking pinot. Better with food, no doubt. Amazing price.
