Pale pink rosé with delicate cherry, raspberry and citrus flavours, together with a subtle saline influence. Although the wine is dry, a hint of sweetness balanced by fruity acidity gives a welcome tension.

How's it taste?
Few wines express place and vintage as purely as Terra Sancta’s Pinot Noir Rosé. The 2020 has a perfume of wild berries, a hint of sweet citrus and notes of white peach. A generous, textural palate is a highlight of the 2020 Rose, with blackforest and berry fruit flavors balanced by lovely acidity and the savory herbal notes that are the hallmark of a wild-ferment Terra Sancta Rose. The finish is extremely long with a quintessential tease of fruit sweetness at the end. A Classic. From Caprese salad, to pan-fried snapper, and garlic roast chicken, the texture andconcentration of Terra Sancta Rosé enhances and pairs perfectly with a wide range offood. Drink on release, but will retainfreshness for up to 5 years.
How was it made?
Terra Sancta is a leader in the art of creating beautiful Rosé. The only Rosé in New Zealand rated a “Classic” by wine writer Michael Cooper, the superb quality of fruit sourced from Terra Sancta’s Felton Road Estate in Bannockburn, Central Otago and intentional winemaking result in an outstanding Rosé. With hallmark bright berry flavours, balance, energy, depth and a dry finish, this is a serious Rosé which is seriously delicious.
