How was it made?
The grapes for this wine were carefully crushed and pressed. Cold settling left the juice very crisp and clear with cold fermentation at 12°C providing a delicate balance of primary and secondary aromas. The wine was sealed with screwcap to ensure premium quality and retain aromatics.
