Winemakers Note

2020 is a milestone vintage at Latour Martillac, for reasons more than one. It is the first vintage to be vinified and aged in the new chai , that has been renovated, restructured, extended, and vastly upgraded, to allow for even more clarity and precision in the wine. 2020 is the 31th vintage of Valérie Vialard as technical director at the estate. And finally, in our view, 2020 is one of their best vintage ever.
