A fine example of Cabernet from the Coonawarra region, from the admired 2019 vintage, a year which offered varietal definition, good fruit flavours and appealingly soft tannins, the latter especially notable in this effort, intertwined with oak notes and well integrated. Attractive aromas here, notes of plums, black fruits, blueberries and fresh pastry. We then move to darker berry notes with chocolate and dry herbs. A fine and flavoursome Cabernet. Enjoyable now but it has a future. Expect it to drink well over the next four to six years, and likely longer. A mid-length style supported with bright acidity and a lovely soft finish.

Tasting Notes
This Cabernet Sauvignon is full bodied with a rich supple texture. The blackcurrant and classic dark fruit displayed on the palate are seamlessly integrated with the spicy French oak characters. The lengthy palate delivers a complex wine with depth and generosity.
Winemakers Note
Matured predominantly in American Oak for 20 months, The Terramore Cabernet Sauvignon is deep red in colour with ripe mulberry aromas and appealing cocoa/dark chocolate oak complementing the fruit. It has a well-proportioned palate with fine tannins. An elegant wine that is smooth yet powerful and a great example of Coonawarra Cabernet.
