Always a reliable name to look out for in the reasonably priced Pauillac category (this is not, however, a big category), and a highly successful 2019. Savoury cassis and blueberry fruits, tannins that bristle and make a strong cage for the fruit to travel through. A tight, linear red with blackberry and blueberry aromas and flavors. It’s medium-to full-bodied with very polished tannins.
