Aromatics: Very expressive, whole bunch character on the nose. Fine smokiness from the use of stems during the carbonic maceration, red berries meet a fresh and vibrant earthiness. Palate: Medium bodied, black and red berries, hips of fruit, crunchy tannins and a lively attitude. Multi-dimensional wine. Fleshy, spicy sour finish. Natty vibe but still under control and providing loads of pleasure!
How was it made?
Organic farming. Naturally made wine from the terroir of "La Ronze" probably one of the best lieu dit in Regnié. Whole bunch vinification. Aged in concrete.
