Aromatics: White flowers, green apple, ripe quince, pear, lime as well as complex smoky and slightly oxidative notes. Palate: The palate is energetic and vibrant with a beautiful texture, ripe green apple and stone fruits. The minerality of ‘Pierres Blanches’ terroir (limestone) is showing on the finish as well as a certain saltiness and savouriness calling for more.

Clay and limestone terroir. Low yield. Hand-picked. Aged in barrel and foudre for 8 to 12 moths on the lees. Malolactic fermentation. Natural winemaking. Low sulphur at bottling.
