Tasting Notes
The palate is fruit forward, soft and silky. Satiny tannins. Pomegranate and rose water notes vie with blood plum and sour cherry. Very long tasting, pure yet structured at the same time. It is completed with a refreshing pippyacidity.

Winemakers Note
A traditional winemaking approach was used to produce this wine – 90% whole berry fermentation with 10% whole bunch inclusion in open vessels for two weeks followed by a 10 month maturation in French oak barrels.
