When this wine landed on the Collective tasting bench, we knew it was a winner. Plump, dark berried and full-bodied, it's a Heathcote dreamboat. A picture-perfect expression of that hearty, luscious Heathcote style in a wonderfully approachable style.
So what is the wine? Well, Helen's Hill is Yarra Valley-based, but the seduction of Heathcote Shiraz was too much for winemaker Scott McCarthy to resist, leading him to track down some great Shiraz fruit and turn it into something magical.
