Chandon Vintage Brut is the Australian way of life, lovingly bottled. Sourced from our Strathbogie and King Valley vineyards, the Chardonnay grapes highlight the lime and green apple aromas, while the Pinot Noir and Meunier grapes bring home the pomegranate and pink grapefruit. The spritely freshness and white flower aromas are all thanks to the use of slightly younger yeast. On the palate, lime and green apple notes make a reappearance, while hazelnut praline, biscuit and fresh dough give it a bit of extra body. Chandon Vintage Brut 2017 is best served a little more on the casual side: in a wine glass instead of a flute, and with fresh fish and chips by the seaside with your mates.

M?thode traditionnelle with 5 years age on lees contributes to a creamy texture and layers of complexity. 90% of the fruit comes from our Whitlands vineyard with 850m elevation and red soil which contributes to tight acidity and purity of fruit. A small amount from other prestigous regions is blended for complexity.
