Tahbilk has plenty of history going for it, any casual wine drinker will tell you that, and the range is fairly massive, but the true connoisseurs know that it's all about the Marsanne. Not blending here, at Tahbilk they do it straight up.

In its younger years you get floral, tropical notes that turn to incredible nutty, waxy and oily flavours as the wine ages. The grape is pretty intrinsically linked with the winery now and the oldest vines (the one’s the fruit for today’s deal came from) were planted in 1927. Think Tahbilk and you think Marsanne.
