The nose is discreet and fresh with aromas of dried and candied fruits such as apricots and citrus. This wine presents a lot of aromatic complexity and reveals chocolate, blond tobacco and roasted notes. A tonic mouthfeel and a juicy impression reminiscent of citrus fruits give a fresh and creamy sensation.The length in the mouth finishes with an elegant minerality.

Champagne Devaux was founded in 1846 and regarded as one of the finest producers in the exciting Cote des Bar region. Pinot Noir is the major variety and extended ageing including 5 years for the D range shows the commitment to producing only the finest and complex Champagne’s. The chef de cave Michel Parisot was the IWC Champagne and Sparkling winemaker of the year in 2020.
