A ‘tete de cuvee’ (the best wine of the house), this high quality sparkling is a classical Loire Cremant.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eHandpicked, bottle-fermented and matured for at least 12 months, this blend of Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay and Cabernet Franc is stylistically Champagne-esque, if a little juicier than those from further north.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn all honesty, we’d rather drink this over many $70 big name Champagne; such is the delicacy and length.
